This game contains 20 pairs. Each pair includes one card with a question and one with the matching answer, both with the same illustration.
Half of the questions and answers are in the Present Simple form, with the other half in the Present Progressive (Continuous) form. Some of the questions and answers are in positive form, and some in the negative.
For example:
Does he often walk his cat?
No, he doesn’t walk his cat at all.
Are you feeding the cat at the moment?
No, I am not feeding her now.
It can be played in various ways, depending on the size of the group and the objectives of the teacher. It can be mixed and compared with cards from “Asking Right 2: Past Simple and Past Progressive,” to demonstrate the contrast between the tenses.
