The Sentence Maker – ELI Games

The Sentence Maker game helps students practice vocabulary associated with everyday verbs. Students also improve their formation of sentences using time expressions. Students have to produce the correct form of the verb they land on, on the board, based on the time word card they choose.

The Sentence Maker is similar to The Great Verb Game, but is played on a board instead of with verb cards, and focuses on fewer tenses.

For 2-5 players.
The box contains:
• a playing-board.
• 66 playing cards with time words.
• Three dice, one regular, one with personal pronouns, and one with affirmative, negative, and interrogative forms.
• a teacher’s booklet.
