All we need from you is your booklist and teachers’ information.
1. Click here to complete an online form with your teachers’ information OR download our Book Request Form (Word file) and fill that in.
2. Send us your booklist to office@aelpublications.com . If you filled out the Book Request form rather than the online form, send that form to us as well.
