- כללי
האתר מופעל על ידי איי. אי. אל. הוצאה לאור בע”מ ח.פ. 516153483 (להלן: העסק/ החברה ). השימוש באתר כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות. שימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה למדיניות הפרטיות.
החברה מכבדת את פרטיותך ופועלת בהתאם לחוק.
השימוש באתר מיועד לבני 18 ומעלה ואיננו מעוניינים באיסוף מידע על קטינים. מידע שכזה ימחק לאחר קבלת הודעה על כך.
- איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים
מידע לגבי משתמש מסוים או בכלל יכלול, בין היתר, את כל הפרטים שמסר, ישירות או בעקיפין, למפעילת האתר במועד הרישום לאתר ו/או לאחר מכן ו/או פרטים הקשורים ו/או נובעים מפעילותו באתר ובכלל זה מידע שנאסף אודות המשתמש ופעולותיו במהלך גלישה וביצוע פעולות באתר. מידע זה כולל, בין היתר:
2.1. פרטי התקשרות: שם, כתובת, ת.ז. מספר טלפון, וכתובת דואר אלקטרוני, פרטים על מקום עבודה וכדו’.
2.2 מידע שנמסר על ידי המשתמש.

2.4. פרטי תשלום: פרטי כרטיס אשראי עבור רכישות. פרטים אלו נשמרים במערכות מאובטחות של החברה או של ספקי צד ג’ וכפופים גם למדיניות פרטיות של הספקים.
חשוב לנו שתדע כי לפי חוק אינך חייב במסירת מידע. אי מסירת מידע עשויה לפגוע במתן שירות ו/או במניעת קבלת שירות ו/או מוצר.
- מטרות השימוש במידע
המידע האישי שנאסף ישמש את בית העסק למטרות הבאות או כל מטרה אחרת שתאושר על ידי המשתמש:
3.1 שיווק, פרסום ומכירות: שליחת הודעות פרסומיות, מבצעים, עדכונים, ניוזלטרים ותכנים שיווקיים אחרים, כמו גם יצירת קשר לצורך קידום ומכירת מוצרים או שירותים, בכפוף להסכמתך. בכל עת הינך יכול להסיר עצמך מהרשימה.
3.2 שירות לקוחות ותמיכה: מתן מענה לפניות, שאלות או בקשות שלכם ויצירת קשר בנושאים הקשורים לשירותים שקיבלתם.
3.3 שיפור ופיתוח השירותים: ניתוח המידע על מנת להבין טוב יותר את הצרכים שלכם, לשפר את השירותים הקיימים ולפתח שירותים או מוצרים חדשים.
3.4 ניהול ותפעול שוטף: ניהול מאגר הלקוחות, תחזוקה טכנית של המערכות, וכן ביצוע פעולות אדמיניסטרטיביות וחשבונאיות נדרשות וכדו.
3.5 עמידה בדרישות חוקיות: הגנה על האינטרסים הלגיטימיים של בית העסק, וכן עמידה בדרישות חוקיות ורגולטוריות.
3.6 מידע אנונימי: מידע סטטיסטי ואנונימי שאינו מזהה אתכם באופן אישי. מידע זה עשוי לכלול נתונים על הרגלי גלישה, מספר מבקרים ופילוח כללי, והוא ישמש אותנו ואת שותפינו לשיפור השירותים, התאמת פרסומות וניתוח ביצועי האתר. מידע זה אינו מקושר לפרטיכם האישיים וניתן להשתמש בו ולהעבירו לצדדים שלישיים ללא הגבלה.

- שמירה ואבטחה
המידע נשמר במערכות פנימיות ואצל ספקים חיצוניים הנותנים לנו שירות ומחוייבים לאבטחה מקובלת למשך הזמן הנדרש להגשמת מטרות האיסוף. החברה עושה שימוש באמצעי אבטחה מקובלים על מנת להגן על המידע, אולם מסירת המידע נעשית על אחריות המשתמש בלבד, והחברה אינה יכולה להבטיח הגנה מוחלטת מפני גישה בלתי מורשית או אירועים חריגים, והיא לא תהיה אחראית לנזקים שייגרמו כתוצאה מחשיפת המידע או שימוש בלתי מורשה על ידי צדדים שלישיים.
- מסירת מידע לצדדים שלישיים
החברה אינה מעבירה מידע אישי לצדדים שלישיים אלא במקרה של (א) זכות או חובה לפי חוק (ב) לצורך הפעלת האתר ושירותיו בצורה מיטבית. ספקים חיצוניים מחוייבים לפעול לפי סטנדרטים מקובלים של שמירה על סודיות ואבטחת מידע למשל ספקי אחסון ושרתים (כולל ספקי שירותי ענן), ספקי שירותי ניתוח תעבורה (כגון Google Analytics). ספקים חיצוניים חלקם בחול וחלקם פועלים גם באמצעות אפליקציה למשל ווטסאפ.

The personal information collected will be used by the Business for the following purposes or any other purpose approved by the user:
3.1 Marketing, advertising and sales: Sending promotional messages, promotions, updates, newsletters and other marketing content, as well as contacting you for the purpose of promoting and selling products or services, subject to your consent. You can remove yourself from the list at any time.
